Our clinicians regularly draw from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness practices, somatic-based therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to provide client-centered, compassionate, and collaborative care.
