Coverage varies by plan and cannot be guaranteed. Some plans within these networks do not include coverage for therapy or nutrition counseling. Contact your insurance provider to verify your benefits prior to beginning services.
​ATTENTION: If you work for Providence Hospital, your insurance outsources mental health benefits to Optum, with whom we are not in network. Please check your insurance benefits so you do not incur unexpected costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot bill Medicaid or Medicare as primary or secondary insurance. This means that even if Medicaid/Medicare is secondary to a different type of insurance, we will not be able to bill either insurance.
