Join local therapists from Counseling Anchorage for a supportive, educational workshop designed to help parents create a body positive home: Understand how body image develops in children Learn language that promotes body respect and self-worth Identify and challenge diet culture at home Foster an environment of kindness and belonging This event is open to all parents and caregivers in Anchorage. Light refreshments will be provided.
